If the Major Custom Development can be done within two working days, we will start the development once we receive the payment. The Major Custom Development will be implemented and handover on or before the third working day after the payment.
If the Major Custom Development may take more than two working days, we will initiate the following procedure:
- We will investigate your requirements and provide you with a report/proposal that includes which features/options can be developed, the benefits for your business, Development Deadlines, Development Process, Maintenance Strategy, Cost of Implementation etc.
- If you decide to go with our proposal, we will start the following Custom Development process. This process may include signing a Custom Development Agreement, Maintenance Agreement, Payments, Development Meetings, Iterative Testing, Presentation Sessions etc.
