Software as a Service (or SaaS) is a method of delivering applications over the Internet as a service. It has its inherent advantages and disadvantages.

Pros

• You don’t need to manage any technical stuff; the SaaS Provider will handle everything.
• You only pay a monthly SaaS fee; the SaaS Provider will handle all the third party service fees.

Cons

• You don’t own the SaaS platform or the website; you only own website content and data.
• You may not be allowed to maintain your IT infrastructure by yourself, even if you know how.
• You may not be permitted to switch website maintenance to a different company.
• You may not be allowed to customise your website.

• We look after all the technical stuff, and you are free to focus on your recruitment business.
• We take care of all the third party services and licenses integrity and their payments.

• The ownership of the website and the system will remain with you.
• You can switch website maintenance to a different company or do it yourself.
• You can request customisations at any time you want.

• If you sign up with our Website Maintenance Service, we offer 2 hours of free of charge developer time per month for minor customisations. This free developer time cannot be carried over to the next month if not used.

Before we start the Development process, you’ll have to decide whether you will go with our Website Maintenance Service or not.

If you choose our Website Maintenance Service to maintain your website:

• Both parties will sign the Website Maintenance Contract at the conclusion of the Website Development Contract or before it.
• We will provide you admin level access to the website with enough capabilities to add content and run your day-to-day business activities.
• We will maintain all the points stated under the Maintenance Scope. Also, we will take care of all the third party services and licenses integrity and their payments.
• You’ll be able to request customisations whenever you need them.
• At any point of time, if you request us in written to terminate the Maintenance Contract and hand over the website, we will provide you full access to the website, web server, any google accounts and some third party licenses & services. So, you’ll be free to maintain your website by yourself or switch it to a different company. Note: To keep your website functionalities uninterrupted, you may need to directly purchase certain third party licenses & services immediately.
• At any point of time, if you request us in written to terminate the Maintenance Contract and Delete the website, we will remove any third party licenses & services, provide you the website backup and delete the website.
