• The Website Development process may take around 10 to 15 working days.

• We serve IT solutions only for Recruitment Industry. As a recruiter, you don’t need to waste time reinventing the wheel with us. We already know your IT needs and how to fulfil them as soon as possible.
• Website Development Contract is a short term contract, and entirely independent from the Maintenance Contract. So, if you wish, you are free to manage and maintain your entire IT infrastructure by yourself after the Website Development. But before we start the development process, you’ll have to decide whether you will go with our Website Maintenance Service or not.
• If you sign up with our Website Maintenance Service, you will enjoy the freedom of our SaaS like maintenance strategy while keeping your ownership on the website. We will free your mind to focus on your Recruitment Business entirely.

• Free of Charge Content Publishing: If you can provide us the actual text content, images and video content for your website on or before the 10th working day of the Website Development process, we will add them to the website free of charge. Otherwise, we will complete the Development process with dummy content.
• Free of Charge Support Documentation: With the Website Handover, we will provide adequate Support Documentation and Resources about how to use the website in regular business activity.
• Free of Charge Developer Time: If you sign up with our Website Maintenance Service, we offer 2 hours free of charge developer time per month for minor customisations. This free developer time cannot be carried over to the next month if not used.

• Dedication, Accountability & Cooperation: Your website is the face of your Recruitment Business; also, we want it to be one of our quality work. In the Development process, you and we are one team; it is not something to pay and forget. We may need to contact each other several times via email or phone/video calls throughout the Development process. In such situations, we expect your quick response, dedication, accountability and cooperation to deliver a high quality Recruitment Website. We always value and appreciate such good customers.
• Providing Content: If you want to use our Free of Charge Content Publishing service, it’s your responsibility to provide us the actual text content, images and video content for your website on or before the 10th working day of the Website Development process.

• We do development, but not content creation: We build websites, but we don’t create its content. Website content is unique to each individual business, so it is entirely up to the business owner.
• We do set up and tune SEO, but not daily SEO practices: We will set up SEO Plugins and tune up the Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure high search engine visibility. But Search Engine Optimisation needs some daily practices to push its effectiveness. E.g.- Manually adding keywords on daily job posts. These daily SEO practices can only be managed by the person who uses the website for day-to-day business purposes.
• We provide Support Documentation on how to use the website, but not on technical stuff: We will provide adequate Support Documentation with Resources about how to use the website in regular business activity, but those Resources may not cover how to maintain the website or its server technically.

Any visual, structural or functional feature that requires more than 2 hours of developer time to implement will be considered as a Major Custom Development and will be developed separately from all other contracts and agreements.

But don’t worry, the following features may not be considered as Major Custom Developments.

• Features fall under the scope of Website Maintenance.
• Features fall under the scope of API & ATS Integration.
• Inbuilt features of WordPress.
• Inbuilt features of off-the-shelf plugins & themes.
